Terms of Service
Effective 29 August 2026
Short and plain, on purpose. By creating an account or using SAI you agree to the following.
What SAI does
SAI is a voice-first personal assistant. You tell it an errand — book an appointment, call a pharmacy about a refill, cancel a subscription — and it works out what the errand needs, telephones the business on your behalf, handles the call, and reports back with the outcome. When it calls, it does so as your assistant, with your authority, and introduces itself that way.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you ask SAI to do, and for the accuracy of any detail you give it — a date of birth, an insurer, a callback number, anything else it might need to say on your behalf. SAI passes along what you told it; it does not verify facts about you beyond confirming a callback number belongs to you before handing it to a business.
Not for emergencies
SAI is not an emergency service and must not be used for one. Emergency numbers are never dialled, whatever way a request is phrased. If you have an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number yourself.
Acceptable use
You may not use SAI to:
- Harass, threaten, or repeatedly contact a person or business that has asked to be left alone.
- Cold-call or place unsolicited sales, marketing, or fundraising calls.
- Impersonate someone other than yourself, or misrepresent who the call is for.
- Attempt to use SAI to reach emergency services, or any use that puts someone's safety at risk.
- Break the law, or ask SAI to do something on your behalf that you would not be allowed to do yourself.
An assistant that will call anybody, repeatedly, on request is a harassment tool with a friendly voice, and using it that way is not allowed.
The service, as it is
SAI is under active development and provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Calls can fail, receptionists can be misunderstood, and an outcome SAI reports may turn out to be wrong. Always check anything that matters — a booked time, a cancelled subscription — before relying on it.
Subscription and billing
SAI is a paid subscription, billed through your Apple account: $19.99 a month or $149.99 a year, both covering 15 errands a month. New accounts start with a 3-day free trial that includes 3 errands. An errand is one outcome — it may take several calls, and those calls are not counted separately. Unused errands do not roll over.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the period already paid for. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms.
Account and termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings; this removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, in particular the acceptable-use rules above.
Changes
These terms change when the product does. The date at the top is when they last did.
